Who runs the counter

Four owners, two halves of one store.

• Steve Jones

  Owner and CEO

  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a management focus, and 28 years of work experience: 20 years in management, 15 of those in upper management. Steve knows every side of the operation, from sales and accounting to how profit and loss actually move through a store like this one. He has built well-established relationships with vendors across the pool and spa industry, and training and coaching are a real strength: the counter has a long track record of loyal, well-trained team members.

• Eric Breuker

  Owner and President

  Bachelor's degree in Business Management, with years of superior sales training technique behind him. Eric builds the kind of long-lasting customer relationships that turn into return visits and referrals, and he carries a vast knowledge of pools and spas across every brand Champion carries.

• Jill Lukanuski

  Owner and Retail Manager

  Decades of experience in retail and the pool and spa industry. Jill began her career with a local pool company and was promoted to store manager within a year, went on to play a key role in launching new store locations, and managed the largest and most profitable retail store in that chain. She joined Champion in 2014 to help establish the company, and her expertise covers store operations, customer relations and extensive pool and spa knowledge.

• Mark Shew

  Swimwear Manager

  Leads the dedicated Competitive Swim Division. Mark has 25+ years of experience working with pool owners, coaches, teams and swimmers of every level, and he is the direct contact for team fittings, custom apparel and swim orders.
